Sunny Side Festival has just dropped the full day-by-day programme for its 2026 Malta edition, and it’s shaping up to be a five-day island takeover.Set to run from 14th to 18th May, the underground electronic festival has revealed stage splits, boat parties and a closing afterhours session, expanding into a multi-location experience across Malta.The event will move between vineyards, beach clubs, record stores, nightclubs and even the open sea, with organisers leaning into a full-island format that blends music, travel and culture.Tier 1 tickets have already sold out, with remaining passes, boat parties and afterhours tickets currently available online.The festival kicks off on Thursday 14th May with a free opening session at Big Ron’s Records, featuring a vinyl-led lineup including O.Bee, MATO and Louie G.Friday shifts into daytime vineyard sessions at Maria Rosa Estate, with artists like Garrett David (Live) and Fumiya Tanaka, before continuing into a two-stage night at UNO Malta.Saturday brings beachside energy at Tortuga Beach Club, followed by another multi-room UNO takeover featuring names like Mathew Jonson (Live), Chez Damier b2b Tomas Station and KiNK.Sunday introduces curated boat parties at sea before closing the night back at UNO with a genre-spanning finale that includes Helena Hauff.The festival wraps on Monday morning with a sunrise afterhours session at a secret location, hosted in collaboration with Half Baked.Across five days, Sunny Side will feature a wide lineup of underground electronic artists including tINI, Helena Hauff, KiNK, Fumiya Tanaka, Chez Damier, Jen Cardini and Satoshi Tomiie (Live).Positioned as a Mediterranean escape for underground music fans, the festival combines electronic music with travel and local experiences, from coastal dancing to vineyard sessions.Organisers say the goal remains rooted in community and collaboration, with partnerships spanning several European collectives and underground platforms.With its multi-location format and extended programming, Sunny Side Festival is continuing to grow its presence on Malta’s packed festival calendar.Share with a festival goer!•
