Following an air ambulance crash, the DGCA conducted a safety audit of M/s VSR Ventures Pvt Ltd. The audit revealed multiple non-compliances in airworthiness, air safety, and flight operations. Consequently, several Learjet 40/45 aircraft were grounded until airworthiness standards are met.
