In a major administrative reshuffle, Special Chief Secretary to the Chief Minister, Muddada Ravichandra, has been appointed as the full-time Executive Officer of Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD).The State government on Saturday issued orders placing his services at the disposal of the Revenue (Endowments) Department to facilitate his formal posting as the TTD Executive Officer.
