Samsung has introduced several refinements with the Galaxy S26 series, including a redesigned camera island, faster performance, and more advanced software features. Interestingly, the new flagship phones also appear to include an additional NFC antenna.It seems that Samsung has added a second NFC antenna to the top of the Galaxy S26, Galaxy S26+, and Galaxy S26 Ultra. We were able to make payments using the Galaxy S26 Ultra by tapping the top edge of the phone against a payment terminal.
