The Hubballi Dharwad Municipal Corporation will soon start taking action to restore the mandatory parking space in commercial buildings and complexes and a Hubballi Dharwad Mayor Jyoti Patil issued ruling in this regard during the monthly council meeting in Dharwad on Friday
