Music producer Artin Pro donates royalties to families of fallen creators

Renowned music producer Artin Pro, real name Martin Musoke, has asked the Uganda Performing Rights Society to remit the royalties from his creations to two fallen producers: Danz Kumapeesa and Skills on the Beat.Danz Kumapeesa, real name Daniel Mukisa, passed away in October 2017 after months in a coma due to injuries sustained on his skull after being brutally beaten by unknown assailants in June 2017 while returning to his home in Makindye, Kampala.Artin ProErisa Mukisa a.k.a Skillz on the Beat passed away in October 2024 at Kiruddu Hospital in Kampala, Uganda, following a long battle with illness. He was known for producing hits for artists like Voltage Music and Fille Mutoni.Both producers, according to Artin Pro, left families that have struggled since their demise.
