It would come across a lot less crappy if they said something like "moving? Decluttering? Dealing with a deceased estate? We'll come and pick up your stuff for free", instead of saying they "need" these items and bragging about how great their shop will be. Or if they sold it as "let's stop all this stuff going to landfill because one persons trash is another one's treasure; if you have things you don't need anymore, bring them around (or we pick them up) and we'll sell them for affordable prices; no price gouging like the big charity shops." The way they frame their posts is just so unfortunate. Edit: typo
